This is a recent construction, granite, completed in 2009, which I use as holiday accommodation and weekends.
It is located in a protected area on the left bank of the Douro River, with great views of the river, about 1km from Spa of Caldas de Aregos and about 4 km from the town of Resende.
The distance from the city of Porto is about 90 km and the place has great tourist interest.
It has a swimming pool, garden and yard with fruit trees, with about 2000 m2.
