Usage:
Amortize(&inInterest, &inPrincipalBalance, &inPaymentAmount, &inPaymentInteger, &outToInterest, &outToPrincipal, &outBalance);
Description:
Calculates parts of loan payment, inPayment, (payment number inPaymentNumber) - interest (outToInterest) and pays off principal (outToPrincipal) and the remaining balance (outBalance)
