Usage:
&errorInteger=BulkInsertField(&ProjectName, FIELD.FieldName, &ModelName, &IsClonePCode, [, &ExcludeProjectName] );
Description:
For PeopleSoft Adminstrator: Insert Field into all records and pages in ProjectName (but not in ExcludeProjectName) that contain ModelFieldName
