Usage:
&sql=FetchSQL( [SQL.]SQLName [, &DBType [, &EffectiveDate] ] );
Description:
Returns Application Designer SQL string with name according to DBType is APPSRV, DB2ODBC, DB2UNIX, INFORMIX, MICROSFT, ORACLE, SYBASE - defaults to %DbName
