Usage:
&errorCode=GetAttachment(&FromURL, &FromAppendedPathFilename, &ToFile [, &ToDirEnvironmentVariable [, &PreserveCaseBoolean]]);
Description:
Copies file from FTP server to Application Server. Return 0 for success, 1 for failure.
