Usage:
&errorCode=NotifyQ(&LogicalQueueID, &TaskType);
Description:
After EnQueue, NotifyQ gets queue server to recognise new (non voice/chat) tasks of Type (email | generic), returns 0 if successful, else message number from set 162.
