Usage:
&errorCode=SetRecFieldEditTable(RECORD.RecordName, FIELD.FieldName, &EditTableName [, &EditTypeNumber]);

Description:
Returns %MDA_Success if Record Field edits are changed to EditTable and EditType (e.g. %EditTableType_Prompt) successfully.
