Usage:
&numberRows=TotalRowCount([RECORD.Level1RecordName, &Level1Row, [RECORD.Level2RecordName, &Level2Row, ]] RECORD.TargetRecordName);

Description:
Returns the total number of rows in the scroll including deleted rows
